How we celebrate halloween

I belong to the Mom bloggers club and one of the giveaways is a great Hershey's Pack!

I am writing this post in accordance with the rules of the give away. But what a fun topic to write a post on!
How are we going to celebrate with Hersheys?
Well.....pass out these wonderful treats for one! I mean what kid doesn't want to get these yummy treats in their bag? Me? I'm partial to the Reese's Pumpkins.
I would like to try something I just found out about this year. Yeah sometimes I think I've lived in a cave! It's calling Boo'ing.
I love this concept! You get a treat bag or basket together, fill it with all kinds of fun treats and surprises for the boo'ee. You include the following:
The air is cool, the season fall,
Soon Halloween will come to all.

Ghosts and goblins, spooks galore...
Tricky witches at your door.
The spooks are after things to do,
In fact a spook brought this "Boo" to you!
The excitement comes when friends like you,
Copy this note and make it two.
We'll all have smiles upon our faces,
No one will know who "BOO"ed who's places!
Just two short days to work your spell,
Keep it secret, hide it well.
Please join the fun, the seasons here .
Just spread these "BOO's" and Halloween cheer.

Include a sheet of paper that says:
You have been BOOED! Please keep it going by following these directions:

  1. Enjoy your treat
  2. Place the BOO sign on your front door or visible in a window
  3. Within 2 days, make 2 copies of this note, make 2 treats & 2 BOO signs
  4. Secretly deliver to 2 neighbors/friends without a BOO.
  5. Keep an eye on nearby front doors to see how far and fast it spreads by Halloween.

What fun is this? I actually know someone who has been boo'ed already this season! This is going to be my new favorite thing to do for halloween. And yes, I will include tons of Reese's Pumpkins!!! :) You can Celebrate with Hershey's as well!!
What are you doing to celebrate this season?
A. Handout to trick-or-treaters
B. Decorate pumpkins
C. Surprise neighbors with treat bags (“Booing”)
D. Other – what did we miss?

Have a Blessed day/night,
